2. We impose a 2% surcharge on credit card payments for non-Fast>Track invoices, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance.
3. All credit card transactions contain some level of risk.
4. The laws of the state of Oregon govern this transaction.

• accept your credit card number in any format
• store your credit card number in any format
